RJ Gaudet & Associates LLC represented Mrs. Anitei in a civil rights and employment discrimination lawsuit against the Port of Seattle.  Her complaint alleged that the Port discriminated against her on the grounds of gender, national origin, and disability.   She alleged that she was sexually harassed by a co-worker who groped her, phoned her at home and spoke an obscene word, and stalked her in the workplace.  Despite years of strong evaluations, her salary ranked at the bottom of a group of 25 employees and males with fewer educational qualifications were promoted above her.  Mrs. Anitiei’s damages included back pay, front pay, emotional damages, and other harm.  Please click on this link to view the Complaint filed in Anitei v.
