Stefan Shaibani is licensed in Washington, D.C., California, and Maryland.  He is an experienced trial lawyer and member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.

Aside from serving as Of Counsel to RJ Gaudet & Associates LLC, he is also the principal of the Law Firm of Stefan Shaibani, PLLC in Washington, D.C. which represents clients in automobile accident, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and wage and hour cases. The purpose of his firm is to protect the rights of victims of accidents, injuries, and civil wrongs who have been harmed by the negligence of individuals or corporations.

Mr. Shaibani has successfully represented plaintiffs in torts matters, including personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, nursing home neglect, estate litigation, business torts and civil fraud actions. In 2009, he obtained a judgment at the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia in the amount of $694,000 for his client in an estate litigation matter. He has collected $20 million in settlements and judgments for his clients.

Mr. Shaibani previously worked for a large corporate law firm in Washington, D.C.; represented the United States in commercial litigation as a lawyer in the U.S. Department of Justice; served as a clerk in the Los Angeles Superior Court; and served as a clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
