    Biography of Joe P. Federici

    Joseph P. Federici, III has experience in a variety of litigation matters.  After graduating from Rutgers University – Rutgers College in New Jersey in 2005, Mr. Federici attended Rutgers School of Law – Camden, where he graduated in 2008.  From 2008-2009, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Benjamin C. Telsey, J.S.C.  Following his clerkship, Mr. Federici worked as an attorney for The Williams Law Firm, P.A. from 2009-2012, where he worked primarily in a variety of corporate and commercial litigation matters.  He previously worked for Wise and Donahue, PLC, where he focused on healthcare litigation.

    Mr. Federici previously lived in Kabul, Afghanistan where he taught law and worked as General Counsel for the American University of Afghanistan. He learned the native language of Afghanistan, Dari.

    Aside from practicing law, Mr. Federici has been very active in the collegiate rowing community.  From 2008-2012, he was the head coach of the University of Delaware Men’s Lightweight Crew team and from 2012-2013, he served as the assistant coach at the United States Naval Academy.  In 2016, he graduated from a post-graduate program in international affairs at Georgetown University where he served as a Teacher’s Assistant to former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright for a course that she taught at Georgetown.
